跨流域调水工程受水区水资源优化配置的模型 被引量:5

摘要 跨流域调水工程是解决水资源短缺,实现水资源优化配置的重要手段。本文从水资源优化配置的目标、原则以及约束条件等三方面构建了跨流域调水工程受水区水资源优化配置模型,并探讨了优化模型的求解思路和方法。
