Zr-Al-Ni合金化合物析出与玻璃形成能力的联系

Correlation Between the Formation of Compounds and the Glass Forming Ability of Zr-Al-Ni Alloys

摘要 通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)等分析手段研究了合金Zr85-xAl15Nix(x=15、20、25、30和35,原子百分比)凝固组织中的析出相。结果发现,当x=20、25和30时,凝固组织中有化合物AlNi4Zr5析出,而x=15和35时,合金凝固组织中没有化合物AlNi4Zr5析出。Zr-Al-Ni合金具有大的玻璃形成能力的原因可能是合金熔体在凝固过程中有复杂化合物AlNi4Zr5作为初生相析出。 This paper investigates the formation of compounds in the solidification structures of the Zr85-xAl15 Nix (x = 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, atomic percent) alloys by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results indicate that the compound AlNi4Zr5 precipitates as x = 20, 25 and 30, and not as x = 15 and 35. Itg suggested that the large glass forming ability (GFA) of Zr-Al-Ni system is attributed to the formation of compound AlNi4Zr5 as a primary phase during solidification.
