1．商住楼、综合楼和公共建筑之间的关系 《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》（以下简称《高规》）对商住楼的定义是：底部商业营业厅与住宅组成的高层建筑；对综合楼的定义是：由二种及以上用途的的楼层组成的公共建筑。从定义上讲，商住楼是一种特殊的高层综合楼，而综合楼则是公共建筑的一种类型。

Due to the enhanced urbanization and limited land resources, the complex buildings emerge in scale in which the upper floors are for residence, and the bottom floors are for business, restaurant, and entertainment. The proper design of the stair hails in such buildings will be very helpful to the daily management, the econemization on expense, and the evacuation in case of fires.
