摘要
剧毒化学品是指具有非常剧烈毒性危害的化学品，包括人工合成的化学品及其混合物（含农药）和天然毒素。依据国家《危险货物品名录》（GB12268-90）标准，现纳入剧毒化学品管理范围的有335种。剧毒化学品是国家严管严控的特殊物品，由于其毒害性剧烈，若使用管理不当将会发生严重事故，甚至绘社会带来巨大灾难。近年来，全国发生的涉及剧毒化学品中毒、泄漏等事故越来越多，影响也越来越大。
