摘要
以双端口433.92 MHz的SAW谐振器(SAWR)为敏感元件,分别以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、磺基水杨酸(SSA)掺入PVP为敏感材料。对PVP掺杂前后湿度传感器的性能测试表明,沉积有PVP的SAWR感湿元件回复缓慢,可逆性差,而沉积SSA-PVP的感湿元件则表现出明显的可逆性,其响应速率和回复性明显均优于单一的PVP传感器,且响应频率与湿度表现出明显地线性相关性,其相关系数R可达0.996 21。
This article reports the preparation of the moisture sensor using 433.92 MHz two-port surface acoustic wave resonator as the sensoring element, which is coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) or polyvinylpyrrolidone dopped with sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) respectively. The results at different relative humidity (RH) show that the resonator coated with PVP is poor in reversibility, while the resonator coated with PVP dopped with SSA is good in response and reversibility, which indicates better characteristics than the former. The relation between the responsing frequency shift and relative humidity has better linearity, and the linearly dependent coefficient R is up to 0. 996 21.
