珠钢薄规格热轧带钢轧制技术研究

RESEARCH ON ROLLING TECHNOLOGY OF THE THIN GAUGE HOT ROLLED STRIP IN ZHUJIANG STEEL

摘要 介绍了珠钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线生产薄规格产品的情况,分析了影响薄规格产品生产的主要因素。通过对薄规格轧制技术的研究,制定了批量生产薄规格产品的技术措施,实现了高比例的薄规格带钢生产。 The status of thin gauge strip production was introduced in Zhujiang Steel. The main factors affecting the production of thin gauge strips were analyzed. Through researching on rolling technology of thin gauge strips, technical measures for mass production thin gauge strips were developed. The high proportion of thin gauge strips were realized.
