摘要
介绍了家族企业、公司治理结构的概念,对我国家族企业的治理结构进行了分析,并提出了完善我国家族企业治理结构的思路。
The concept of family business and corporation governing structure was introduced. The governing structure of family business was analyzed in our country, and the ideas to complete the structure were put forward.
