摘要
以利莱森玛(福州)制造基地主车间及综合楼PHC管桩施工为例,在施工质量控制工作中,以事前控制为指导思想,施工前认真研究工程地质、场地及环境等条件,分析PHC管桩静压施工时可能存在或出现的问题,包括压桩机沉陷问题、配桩问题、桩位偏移问题、压桩顺序及桩的上浮问题,提出有针对性的施工技术和质量管理措施,使各重要施工技术环节都得到周密完善的事前控制,从而取得相当满意的工程实施效果。
Through a sample of the construction of the main workshop of manufacturing station and PHC installation of the muhifunction building of Leroy Somer Electro - Technique (Fuzhou) Co. , Ltd. , basing on the principle of prior control before accident, Construction Quality Management was discussed in the construction quality control of this type of engineering. On the serious study in the geology, space and environmental conditions of the project, in accordance with the analysis of probable trouble to be in the process of construction or PHC installation, such as subsidence of the pressure pipe driver, pipe configuration, deviation of pipe locations, the pressure order and the pipe floating, some construction technology and quality management measures were proposed. It has been proved that every important technology are considered perfectly before accident in the construction, and the construction quality reaches a satisfactory level.
