根据有关法律法规和执业资格考试制度的规定,取消建筑施工企业项目经理资质核准,实行建造师执业资格制度。在项目经理向建造师过渡期将满之际,针对莆田市建筑施工企业机构和人员方面的现状与存在问题,提出应对措施。

According to the law, rules and the regulations of qualification exam, the qualification for approving of the project manager in construction enterprises will be concelled. In stead, the qualification system of constructor will be practiced .
