激光扫描定位仪的原理与设计

摘要 文章介绍激光扫描定位仪的原理以及其信号处理方法。该仪器利用压电陶瓷扫描器PZTA产生激光扫描线,二象限光电管接收激光,光电流引入单片机处理,再数字显示偏差值,定位长度大于3m,灵敏度优于25μm,在线性范围为±1.5mm,非线性误差0.6%。 In this paper the principle and design method of a scanning laser posi-tioner are presented as well as the analysis on its sensitivity, output signal of photocell,hardware and software realizing and test results. With position length of greater than 3m, sensitivity of better than 25μm, and nonlinear error of 0. 6% in linear range of±1. 5mm, this positioner can generate scanning 1aser beams using a PZTA, which are de-tected by a two-quadrant photocell, and then the aberration value of the signal is output-ed digitally after the photocurrent signal is processed by a monolithic processor.
