摘要
为保证二滩水电站按期发电,在二滩拱坝施工期,承包商提出了改变大坝混凝土浇筑层厚度加快施工进度的计划,即浇筑层厚度由1.5m改为3.0m,并以聚乙烯冷却水管代替钢管。本文分析了改变浇筑层厚度的可行性、温控条件,温度徐变应力。实践证明,加快施工进度的方案是成功的。
n order to ensure that Ertan Hydropower Station generates power on time, during Ertan arch dam construction period,the contractor suggested to change the dam concrete lift thickness to speed up the construction progress,i, e. to change the lift thickness from 1.5m to 3.0m, and to use polyethylene cooling pipes instead of steel ones.In this paper feasibility of changing the lift thickness is studied,the temperature control conditions and temperature creep stresses are analysed. The construction practice demonstrates that the scheme for speeding up the construction is successful.
