摘要
以生产过程动态质量控制为目标,分析PCB板组装行业生产管理和信息化过程存在问题;描述MES的实现内容及技术路线;给出SMT设备联网、数据采集及监控、报警、SPC质量分析、工序作业调度、现场辅助管理的技术和方法。MES的使用能够加快企业订单反应速度,通过挖掘先进设备的生产潜力,优化生产行为,全面提高企业的信息化管理水平。
The dynamic quality control in manufacturing process is taken as aim,some problems of the production management and informationization process that exit in the PCB assembly field are analyzed;the realized content and technology scheme are described;some technologies and methods in the SMT equipment network,data collection,monitor and control,alarm,SPC quality analysis,working procedure scheduling,on-spot aided management are presented.The use of MES can increase reaction speed for the corporation's order,through mining the potential productivity of advanced equipment and optimizing the production process,MES can improve the enterprise's informationization Management ability generally.
