摘要
介绍了磁场控制技术的原理、磁场控制的方式和特点,论述了磁控技术在焊接方面的应用:改善焊缝金属的结晶组织、提高熔敷金属的各项性能、减少裂纹出现的几率、抑制焊缝中气孔的产生等,并分析了该技术的发展趋势。
The authors introduce the theory of magnetic control technology,and its manners and specialties.And the applications of magnetic control technology in welding are discussed,which include ameliorating microstructure of seam metals,improving properties of sprended metals,decreasing probability of cracks,and restraining pores in seam.Developmental trend of this technology is analyzed.
