摘要
确立了喷丸加工板簧弹性变形能量和变形量的函数关系,分析了不同刚度型板进行喷丸加工时变形的成长过程,为典型的喷丸加工提供理论参考,从而能确定合适的工艺路线,达到设计的曲率要求。
Function relation about elasticity deformation and energy absorbed by plate in the course of shot-peening process is established in the paper.Also shape process of deformation while machining leaf spring with different rigidities in shot-peening is measured and analyzed.As a result it offers a reference to make certain right technics of shot-peening so as to obtain fit curvature.
