摘要
分析铝合金轮毂的等温挤压成形工艺和成形关键,制定了相应的工艺路线及有效的解决方案,并介绍了相关挤压模设计,通过试验成功验证了该零件挤压成形的可行性,为该类零件的挤压成形开辟了新的道路。
Isothermal extrusion forming technology and key for aluminum alloy rim of wheel are analyzed.Corresponding process sequence and effective solutions are determined and the extrusion die is designed.The experimental results indicate the feasibility of this isothermal extrusion technology.A new way for the extrusion technology of the rim of wheel is developed.
