摘要
通过力学性能和金相组织观察,研究了汽车轮毂轴管锻造余热淬火工艺。结果表明,与传统调质处理工艺相比,采用锻造余热淬火汽车轮毂轴管锻造后的余热对其进行淬火,不仅可获得良好的金相组织和综合力学性能,而且可以起到显著的节能效果。
The technology of remnant forging thermal quenching for the automotive axle tube was investigated by means of measurements of mechanical properties and observation on metallurgical microstructure.It is found that the automotive axle tube by remnant forging thermal quenching exhibits good combinational mechanical properties and microstructure,comparing with traditional quenching and tempering technology.Meanwhile,it is very helpful for saving the working hour and energy.
