电爆炸定向喷涂Ti6Al4V涂层的工艺研究

摘要 用电爆炸定向喷涂技术在45#钢基体上制备了钛合金Ti6Al4V涂层,应用电子标尺和金相法对不同喷涂次数下涂层厚度和孔隙率进行了比较。结果表明,随着喷涂电压的增加,涂层的孔隙率降低,涂层的厚度增加,但增加幅度减小;随着喷涂距离的增加,涂层厚度随着喷涂距离的增加而减小,涂层孔隙率随着喷涂距离的增加而增加;随着喷涂次数的增加,涂层厚度增加,孔隙率降低。 The coating of Ti6Al4V was prepared on medium carbon steel substrate by novel electrical explosion direction spray.Using measuring scale and metallographical to analyze the thickness and porosity of coating.The results show that with the increased of spraying voltage,the porosity of coating can be decreased and the thickness of coating can be increased,but the amplitude can be decreased.With the increase of spraying distance,the thickness of coating is increased and porosity is decreased.With the increased of spraying number,the thickness of coating is increased and porosity is decreased.
