大型机床铸件涂装车间工艺设计研究

Process Design Research of Painting Plant for Large Cast of Machine Tool

通过对涂装车间机床铸件涂装作业特点和各工艺方案进行分析,找出适应大型机床铸件涂装的工艺平面布置形式,并对涂装工艺过程及工艺参数进行了论述,为大型铸件涂装提供了一个新的工艺解决方案。在涂装设备方面,配置了功能完善的刮腻子室、喷漆室和烘干室,特别是喷漆室采用反抽可调风量水旋喷漆室,技术成熟先进;在机械化运输方面,采用"横移车+KPX蓄电池系列电动平车"系统完成工件的输送,设备配置简洁,运行安全可靠,系统的成功运行也是整个涂装工艺系统成功实施的关键。

Through analyzing painting characteristics for cast of machine tool in painting plant and various process projects,optimizing method of painting process plane arrangement for large cast of machine tool is found out and process courses and process parameters of painting are discussed,thus a new settling project of painting for large cast is put forward.On the hand of painting equipments,perfect function scrape putty booth,spray booth and drying oven are designed.Especially,spray booth adopts counter,adjustable ventilation and water revolving technology which is mature and advanced;On the hand of mechanization transportation,the system of 'horizontal moving electro motion vehicle + KPX accumulator electro motion vehicle' can finish conveyance of works.The equipment configuration is succinct and function is safe and reliable.This system running success is the key factor for the whole painting process system being put in practice successfully.
