基于博弈论的餐饮企业间合作的合理性分析

Analysis of the rationality of cooperation among food enterprises based on the game theory

文章针对我国餐饮业发展中存在的主要问题,分析了餐饮企业间合作的必要性,构建了完全信息静态博弈模型、完全信息动态博弈模型以及古诺模型和斯坦克尔伯格模型,对餐饮企业间的合作博弈与非合作博弈进行了量化分析;在此基础上,得出合作是我国餐饮企业间的理性选择,也是我国餐饮业发展和餐饮企业之间竞争的导向。

In view of the problems existing in Chinese food industry, the necessity of cooperation a- mong food enterprises is discussed. The static and dynamic game models based on perfect informa- tion, the Cournot model and the Stackelberg model are established to analyze the cooperative game and non-cooperative game among food enterprises in a quantitative way. It is pointed out that the coopera- tion among food enterprises is a rational choice and also a direction of the development of Chinese food industry and the competition among food enterprises.
