中国城市循环经济实现途径研究

The Ways to Realize Circular Economy in Cities of China

从抽象途径和具体途径的角度出发,对国内外城市发展循环经济的评价指标体系、发展模式、法律和法规研究的状况以及具体实施政策、措施进行了回顾,通过比较分析,找出了我国城市在发展循环经济过程中的不足,并给出了今后需要进一步研究的方向与问题。

From the point of abstract way and specific way, the evaluation index system of national and international urban circular economy, the developing mode, the current status of law and regulations, and the specific executing policies or measures, have been illustrated in this paper. Through comparison and analysis, the shortages in developing Circular Economy in the national cities have been found out. Meanwhile, the outlook and problems for further research are given out.
