太原北城柳溪地区配电网结构分析

Analysis on Distribution Network of Liuxi Area in North Taiyuan City

通过对太原北城柳溪地区配电网结构现状的分析,指出其存在的缺陷和造成对用户供电局限性的原因,提出了基于优化分区的配电网规划和分区负荷预测理论的配电网改造措施,指出应根据各分区不同的负荷特性、分区面积大小、现有技术经济参数等因素灵活选用空间负荷预测法、负荷密度法、弹性系数法、"S"曲线法、用地仿真法等进行配电网负荷预测,有效地预计柳溪地区负荷的增长点。这对改善柳溪地区配电网的供电品质、增强供电可靠性有一定的实践指导意义。

This paper analyses the structure of distribution network of Liuxi Area in north Taiyuan city and points out its disfigurement. At the same time, the reasons of power supplying limitations for users are educed. Finally, some changing steps for distribution network planning and load forecasting based on optimal partitioning are brought forward. Some useful methods should be selected to make certain where are the load developing points in the future according to the different traits of the subareas, such as load characteristics, subarea＇s acreage, technology and economy parameters, including the methods of space load forecasting,load density, elasticity coefficient, ＂S＂ curve and so on. The results are useful for improving the quality and reliability of Liuxi Area＇s power supplying in a way.
