摘要
本文采用液相分散沉淀法,以邻苯二甲酸酐和醋酸锌为主要原料,通过改变分散剂聚乙二醇200(PEG200)的用量及溶剂中醇-水的配比,初步研究了纳米邻苯二甲酸锌盐的合成及形貌变化条件,并用元素分析仪、红外光谱仪(IR)、热重分析(TG)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)以及透射电镜(TEM)对样品的物相、晶体结构及尺寸形貌进行了表征。结果表明:溶剂中醇-水比大于2∶1有利于纳煽动棒的生成。
The Zn( Ⅱ )-phthalate nanorods were prepared by Liquid dispersion deposition method using C6H4 (CO)20 and Zn( Ac)2 · 2H2O as the main reactant. With changing the percentage of PEG200 and the proportion of ethanol-water in the solvent,the morphological property of ZnPHT particles was studied. The results showed that eolloidaUy stable suspension of ZnPHT nanopartieles was formed with about 12.2% PEG200 in the mixture of reaction as dispersant, and it is advantaged for regular ZnPHT nanorods to be synthesized with the proportion of ethanol-water more than 2 : 1.
