摘要
该文以面向师范生入职教育的现代教育技术培训实践为基础,通过对培训模式、课程设计思路、课程实施前后对学员问卷调查情况的分析,总结该培训模式的成效,通过反思,提出实施该创新培训模式应注意的问题。
This paper is based on the practice to train pre-service teacher modem educational technology. By analyzing and reflecting the questionnaire results, it summarizes the training effect and puts forward the issues which should be pay more attention to.
