The author takes the consideration of the construction and development of the culture of Educational Technology from the point of enterprise culture, a very important tache of the human resource management. And the author believes that the Educational Technology should construct its own culture comprehensively to be received by the society widely. And then, the Educational Technology will be supported stronger and develop better in our county.
