摘要
农村科技人员对实现我国农村发展目标具有重要意义。针对薪酬激励存在的不足,本文提出通过非薪酬方式对农村科技人员进行激励,并根据农村科技人员的特点提出了非薪酬激励的具体措施。
The ag-technician is a key factor for the development of Chinese rural area. Focuses on the limitation of monetary motivation, the paper argued motivate the ag-technician by non- monetary motivation, several strategies are also proposed according the characteristics of the ag-technician.
