摘要
阐明HMM的基本理论与概念,进而总结介绍HMM应用的基本问题与算法;重点介绍并分析了可用于表示序列家族的几种HMM结构特点,并说明了利用已知家族Profile HMM构造多序列比对的方法;阐述了常用于基因发现的GHMM和目前常用于发现基因结构的HMM结构特点;最后介绍一种结合多种基因发现工具的HMM主要思想.
It clarifies HMM's foundational theories and basic concepts, and then summarizes out the basic problems and algorithms of HMM applications. It emphatically introduces and analyzes the structural char-acteristics of some kinds of Profile HMM for modeling sequence families, and illuminates the method of constructing the multi-sequences alignment of the family members by its known Profile HMM. It also expa-tiates the structural characteristics of GHMM that are frequently applied to find gene and a new kind of HMM that is frequently applied to find gene structure in current. And the main idea of a kind of HMM that can combine multiple gene finding tools is finally introduced.
