旋转DSA在全脑血管造影中的应用

摘要 目的观察旋转DSA动态成像对颅内血管性病变的显示效果。方法对71例常规位置和患侧旋转造影后处理系统图像进行分析,根据显示的投照角度,了解动脉瘤与血管详细的解剖结构。结果22例颅内动脉瘤,9例动静脉畸形,40例阴性。结论旋转数字减影脑血管造影,能够清楚显示颅内血管性病变,对诊断和治疗具有重要的参考价值。
