生长抑素联合奥美拉唑治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效观察

The effects of somatostatin and omeprazole in the treatment of acute variceal bleeding in cirrhotic patients.

目的观察生长抑素联合奥美拉唑在治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血中的疗效。方法选择76例食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组36例,在对照组基础上给予生长抑素联合奥美拉唑,给予首剂0.1mg静脉推注,随后以0.6mg溶于5%葡萄糖500ml中,通过静脉泵以42ml/h(50μg/h)的速度持续静脉滴注,1次/12h,24h有效者,再连续使用4d。用药过程中观察血压、脉搏、输血量,严密观察记录不良反应。对照组用垂体加压素、硝酸甘油、H2受体阻滞剂。结果两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生长抑素联合奥美拉唑是治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血安全、有效的药物。

Objective To observation the effects of somatostatin and omeprazole on patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding. Methods seventy six patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding were divided into two group randomly. 40 patients were in the group of treatment 36 patients were in the group of comparison, the group of treatment received somatostatin acetate infusion of 50ng/h intravenously for 120h after a bolus of 100tzg and omeprazole injection. The blood pressure, arterial pulse and blood transftrsion volume were monitored and recorded in the course of the investigation. Results After the treatment,the symptoras and signs improved significantly in the group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion somatostatin and omprazoleis also an efficacy and safety drug for the esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.
