宁夏盐渍地区抗侵蚀混凝土试验研究 被引量:4

Test research of concrete corrosion-resistance in Ningxia salt area

摘要 配制了"双掺"粉煤灰混凝土,粉煤灰取代水泥量分别为30%,40%,50%,60%,针对宁夏盐渍地区的水质状况,进行了"双掺"粉煤灰混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验。试验结果表明:粉煤灰取代部分水泥能够改善混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能;基于宁夏水质,混凝土中粉煤灰取代水泥量可达60%;本研究所配制的粉煤灰混凝土的强度均能满足一般混凝土结构工程要求。 Concrete,in which fly ash substitutes cement 0,30%,40%,50%,60%,respectively,in which there is water-reducing admixture as well, had been compounded.According to the water environment in Ningxia salt area, the tests of concrete sulphate-corrosion resistance have been carded out, and some results have been obtained.That is, concrete blended water-reducing admixture and fly ash at the same time (double-blend technology) can improve the concrete sulpHate-corrosion resistance;the substitution ratio of fly ash for cement, which suits to water environment in Ningxia salt area, is up to 60%;the strength of the concrete in the research can meet the demands of concrete structures.
