摘要
通过研究,认为Na2SiO3-CaSO4.2H2O复合激发剂能够对粉煤灰活性进行有效的激发,并提高其早期强度。通过扫描电子显微镜及微区能谱分析等现代测试技术方法,在微观上探讨了在复合激发剂条件下粉煤灰的水化机理,并对粉煤灰水化过程中早期强度低而后期强度逐渐升高的原因给出了微观解释。
On the basis of the macro qualitative experiment, it is indicated that the compound chemical activator of Na2SiO3-CaSO4·2H2O can activate the fly ash effectively,improve the early strength of fly ash.Using the modem testing technique method of scanning electron microscoPe (SEM) and the energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS ), study the hydration mechanism to the fly-ash with the compound activator on the microcosmic level, and give the microscopic explanation to the performance that the early strength of fly-ash is low but the later strength raises gradually.
