城市中央商务区生态地下空间规模预测

Prediction of Ecological Underground Spatial Scale in Central Business District of a City

分析了城市中央商务区地下空间规模预测的重要性和必要性,建立了可持续发展的生态商务区指标体系,通过结合商务区土地类型划分实现了对中央商务区生态总空间的量化,继而又从空间协调的角度出发,通过建立不同地下空间开发模式和多种地下空间规模影响因素进行模式评价的方法确立空间协调系数,并给出了基于生态系统的地下空间规模。

After a brief analysis of the essentiality and necessity of the prediction of underground spatial scale in Central Business District （ CBD） of a city, this paper established a system of CBD ecological comprehensive indexes（ CBDECI ）, and combined with the division of different land types, this paper realized the quantization of the total space capacity of CBD. And further, it expounds the prediction of spatial scale of underground space from the aspect of spatial harmony. Different models of utihzation of underground space were analyzed and evaluated based on diverse factors that may influence the demand of underground space with the aim of determining the underground spatial scale of CBD in an original way.
