摘要
对三种隧道衬砌混凝土材料,即C50普通混凝土、CF50钢纤维混凝土和PC50聚丙烯纤维混凝土试块高温后的密度、超声波速、回弹值进行了试验研究。基于试验结果,分别建立了用密度比、超声波速比、回弹值比的单因素法以及综合法(两因素)评估温度的公式,并讨论了几种方法的精度和实际应用。这些结论为隧道衬砌结构火灾损伤和承载力评估提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the tests on density, ultrasonic speed and rebound value of C50 concrete, CF50 steel fiber concrete and PCS0 PP fiber concrete after high temperature were completed. Based on the data of the test, one kind of the estimation equation of temperature was established by only single density ratio, ultrasonic speed ratio or rebound value ratio, the other was by two of the three ratios. Meanwhile, the accuracy and practical application of mentioned above method is discussed. The conclusions provide theoretic basis for damage and bearing capacity estimation of tunnel lining structures after fire.
