对Fairchild公司二代SPM FSAM50SM60A(智能功率模块)在压缩机驱动系统中的应用设计做了详细研究,重点论述了自举电路、短路保护电路和过载电路的设计。实验结果表明,短路保护电流和过载保护电流限值可以通过外部电路设置,其值可调;自举电路能够为模块可靠供电;压缩机能够正常可靠地运行。

The Application Design of Fairchild SPM FSAM50SM60A in compressor control system has been researched, and emphasize on designing of bootstrap circuit, short circuit protection and over load protection. The results of experiment illustrate that short circuit protection and over load protection limits can be adjusted by the outside components, and bootstrap circuit can power the SPM reliably. That compressor is ruing very well.
