摘要
介绍了五相步进超声波电机的结构、运行机理,在对其定子的主振型和幅值分布仿真的基础上,提出了五相步进超声波电机的驱动控制要求,并给出了设计方案,对其中的主模块,如PWM模块等进行了仿真分析,利用频域法对输出波形进行了分析。结果表明:该驱动电源可以实现五相步进超声波电机的80步步进运动和正反转控制等。该电路具有调试简便等特点,可应用于步进超声波电机的驱动控制实验中。
A driving and controlling source for five-phase stepper ultrasonic motor has been established in this paper. Based on the construction, the dynamic analysis such as fundamental mode, amplitude distribution of the stator, the characteristic of driving for five-phase stepper ultrasonic motor has also been discussed and the principle of the driving source has been designed at the same time. Some models of the driving source has been simulated and frequency analysis. The output of the driving source can be widely used and realized the positive and reversible revolution, it can be also used in simply and easy-working.
