摘要 目的研究基于PACS的数字化医学影像教学系统的创建与应用。方法在PACS系统中,允许每一权限医生对典型病倒图像注释后按ACR编码方式进行归类,然后存储于SQLSERVER2000服务器中,采用模块化管理方式,归类的文件夹可以进行添加、删除等操作。在专业的显示器(或个人计算机)上,输入解剖部位/疾病即可调阅相关图像进行教学、会诊,必要时利用虚拟专用网,通过Internet实现远程教学。结果系统开放性、稳定性好,影像数据和信息能安全、无损的存储,传输速度快,操作互动性好。结论基于PACS的数字化医学影像教学系统具有方便、直观、互动性好,操作简便,图像安全可靠等优点,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the establishment and application of the interactive digital teaching system of medical image based on PACS. Methods In the PACS system, each authorized doctor is permitted to take annotation, classify the related images by ACR code and save them in a SQL SERVER2000 server. With a modularized management, all the classified image directories can be added or deleted. The related images can be queried by anatomy or disease name and be showed on a professional display (or a personal computer) for education or consultation, and they also can be transmitted to internet through a virtual private network if needed. Results The system has good openness, stability and interactivity, with all the images saved safely and losslessly and transmitted fast. Conclusion The digital teaching system of medical image based on PACS has many excellent features such as convenience, safety, directness, good interactivity and easy operation, and can be introduced for application widely.
