Thinking about the Craze for Community Corrections in China

时下,在取得可喜成绩的同时,我国的社区矫正工作也面临着社区安全感低、施行主体乱、适用不公平、程序不规范、经费不足等方面的问题。冷静地分析这些问题并找出妥善的解决方法,既是社区矫正理论发展的需要,也是社区矫正合法推行、健康发展的需要。

Community correction is a hot issue in cotemporary China. It has reached much. However, it is facing many problems such as weaker sense of security, jumbled executors, unfair application, random procedures, short of funds and so on. To analyze these problems and set forward several practical proposals is necessary for the development of theory on community correction as well as its promotion.
