阿里巴巴:浮出水面

摘要 百度上市的那天,百度公司周围的酒吧里全都挤满了狂欢的百度员工,而在阿里巴巴上市的那天,尽管媒体一片喧嚣声,但阿里巴巴公司内部竟是出人意料的平静。这是一个已有八年历史的互联网企业。在以火箭速度冲击资本市场的IT行业中,它的上市显得姗姗来迟。正像阿里巴巴支付宝总裁陆兆禧告诉《互联网周刊》的,阿里巴巴B2B上市是迟早的事情,大家很早就知道了,心里面都有预期,现在只是一个结果。马云早就说过:"我们不缺钱,上市一定不为钱。"这次上市就更像一个谋划已久的事件,阿里巴巴的商业野心让人难以捉摸。人们没有把B2B子公司的上市当作一个孤立的事件,而会关注拥有B2B、淘宝、支付宝、中国雅虎、阿里软件、阿里妈妈这六艘战舰的超级航母会驶向何方?阿里巴巴正在绘制一个怎样的商业版图?而什么样的支点在支撑着阿里巴巴的未来? Bars around Baidu were crowded with its jubilant employees on the day when it was listed. On the day when Alibaba went public, although media were clamorous about this event, it was unexpectedly quiet in Alibaba. This is an Internet company which already has an eight-year history and its listing seems late in the IT industry, which charges at the capital market at the speed of rockets. Just like Lu Zhaoxi, President of Alibaba Alipay told the China Internet Weekly, it's just a matter of time for Alibaba to list its B2B business and everybody learned about this long ago and anticipates it in mind. Now they just wait for a result. Ma Yun said long ago: 'We are not short of money and our listing is certainly not for money.' This listing is more like along premeditated event and Alibaba's business ambition is hard to fathom. Everybody would like to see where the seven aircraft carriers of B2B, Taobao, Alipay, yahoo.com.cn, Alisoft,Alimama would go and what a business map Alibaba is drawing rather than regard the listing of its B2B branch as an independent incident.
