摘要
针对国内近年来由于大量使用混凝土而导致所需材料的用量大幅度提高的情况,为节约能源、保护环境,综合利用高炉矿渣,制备全矿渣混凝土。通过对高炉重矿渣的化学成分、矿物组成及稳定性分析,阐述选择、评价高炉重矿渣粗、细骨料的依据以及配制全矿渣混凝土的工艺特点和性能特点及应用条件和使用范围。同时对全矿渣混凝土做出技术、经济分析及工程应用概述。
In view of the case of a wide-range increasing because of the large application of concrete in China, full slag concrete was made and researched in order to save energy, protect enviroment and make full use of blast-furnace slag, By analysing the chemical, mineral constitution and stability of dry slag in the blastfurnace, the criterion of choice and the evalution of dry slag and fine aggregate was elaborated, then the characteristic of technology and performance about making the full slag concrete was also discussed. The application condition and scope was also explained. At the same time, the technology, economy analysis and engineering application of full slag concrete were also generalized.
