摘要
上市公司诚信问题一直倍受关注。分析了上市公司会计诚信问题的主体、动因及生存空间,并提出了相应的治理措施。
The problem of accounting integirty in listed companies was paid attention by more and more people, the principal part ,motivation factor and living space of the accounting integrity problems in listed companies were analyzed. And the proposal about them is given.
