德国体育俱乐部体制与竞技体育关系的研究

Investigation on the Relationship between Sport Club System and Competitive Sports in Germany

采用文献综述法和调查访问法,对原东德、原西德和德国统一后的竞技体育概况、目前德国的竞技体育体制与体育俱乐部的关系及其优缺点做了介绍和研究,通过实例分析,说明德国的竞技体育体制建立在俱乐部体制的基础之上,俱乐部体制是德国竞技体育可持续发展,尤其是群众基础较好的项目如足球和冰雪项目保持高水平的基础和保证。

By utilizing the method of literature review and interview survey, the present article in- troduced and discussed the situation of competitive sports in former East Germany, West Germa ny and Germany after united, the relationship among sports club and competitive sports, and the strong points and the shortcomings of the competitive sport system as well. Sample analyses showed that the German competitive sports is based on the sports club system, which is the es- sential element to ensure the development of competitive sports, especially for the popular sports item such as football and winter sport in Germany.
