论文在分析图书馆业务工作技术创新含义、内容和动力的基础上,分析了图书馆业务工作技术创新动力的各个方面,以及创新动力不足的原因。
Based on the analysis of the definition, contents and motivation of technique innovation in library professional work, this paper analyses every respect of technique innovation driving force of library professional work, along with the reason of its defect.
