摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,需着力构建和谐稳定的劳动关系。当前劳动关系总体是稳定的,但也出现了由于劳动关系主体分层化、运行市场化、矛盾显性化等带来的企业弱势的新趋势。和谐的劳动关系发展模式应该是利益协调型的。构建和谐的劳动关系,必须建立健全权益保障机制、合理的利益协调机制、有效的管理与整合机制、良好的矛盾疏导机制与预警机制。
A harmonious and stable labor relationship plays an important role in constructing a harmonious society. While the overall situation of labor relations is stable, enterprises' infirmness emerges attributed to. A harmonious labor relationship should be a benefit--balanced one, requiring for perfection of a guarantee mechanism of rights and interests, a rational benefit-- balancing mechanism, an effective mechanism of management and conformity and a well--operating leading mechanism for conflicts and alarm.
