摘要 分析了决策的系统性问题,指出系统方法论(SM)和决策研究范式(DP)的内在关系。进一步,分析了整合系统方法论(ISM)对复杂决策范式(CDP)形成的关系。 Based on the brief understandings of the development of System Methodology （SM） and Decision Paradigm （DP）, a review of the intrinsic relations between SM and DP is given out. Then, discusses the guidance and illumination functions of New System Methodologies e. g. Integrated System Methodology （ISM） to develop a new DP called CP, which is mainly faced to Complex System （CS） problems.
