摘要
通过富集、分离方法将富营养化养殖水体中的光合细菌筛选出来,并对分离出的菌株进行形态学观察和生理生化试验,初步鉴定为荚膜红假单胞菌和球型红假单胞菌.在不同的pH、温度、光照强度、搅拌等生长条件下对荚膜红假单胞菌进行培养,以菌液浓度为指标,研究不同的生长条件对荚膜红假单胞菌生长的影响.实验结果表明荚膜红假单胞菌在pH6.0-8.0、温度25-30℃、光照强度2000-5000 lx时,均能良好生长.其最适合的生长条件为:pH7.0,温度30℃时,5000 lx,并辅以适当震荡.
Photosynthetic bacteria is isolated from fishpond water. Strains are characterized based on morphological, physiological and biochemical experiments. These strains are identified as Rhodopseudomonas. capsulatus and Rhodopseudomonas. sphaeroides. The growth conditions of Rhodopseudomonas. capsulatus including pH, temperature and illumination are studied with absorption spectrophotometry. The results show that the Rhodopseudomonas. capsulatus can grow under 25-30℃, pH6.0-8.0 and illumination of 2 000- 5 000 lx. The optimal growth conditions arc 30℃, pH7.0, 5 000 lx, with appropriate oscillating.
