分析了锅炉送风机出力不足的原因，用实例介绍了采用在叶片尾部加长叶片并用三角板支撑，其它通流部件不变来实施改造的方法。给出了修正的性能计算公式。

Reasons for power lack of the boiler forced draft fan are analyzed,and reformation method to adopt extended blade at the blade tail and to use triangle plate supporting and to make the other flowing parts unchanged is introduced.The corrective performance computative formulas are given.
