中国地区专业化与经济增长关系的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Relationship between Regional Specialization and Economic Growth in China

地区专业化有利于地区经济增长和全国经济增长,因此,长期以来,学者们就在探索如何测量和提高地区专业化水平。研究表明,我国各省、自治区和直辖市的制造业地区专业化程度普遍在提高,且其中东部地区最高,但中、西部增长较快。地区专业化与经济增长具有正相关关系。因此,加快地区专业化进程可以实现国民经济的持续、稳定、快速发展,且有助于消除我国中、东、西部的地区经济差距。

Regional specialization is favorable for both regional and national economic growth. Therefore, for a long time scholars have been probing into how to measure and enhance the level of regional specialization. Research shows that the level of specialization concerning manufacturing industry has been generally improved in all the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. To be specific, the central and eastern area has the highest level while the western area is quickly catching up. Since there is a positive relationship between specialization and economic growth, the accelerating process of specialization will help realize the sustainable, stable and high-speed development of national economy and eliminate the gap in economic development between the central, eastern and we.stem area in China.
