复方环丙沙星注射液含量测定方法的建立

Estabishment of Measuring Compound Ciprofloxacin Injection by Uv-Vis

以广谱抗菌药环丙沙星和解热镇痛的安乃近为主药,选用适宜的附加剂,制成复方环丙沙星注射液,建立了含量测定方法。结果表明,本试验所研制的复方环丙沙星注射液为澄明的黄色粘稠液体,pH为5.0。采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以272 nm为测定波长,测定复方环丙沙星注射液的含量。在0.5-3.5μg/mL（以盐酸环丙沙星计）浓度范围内,所得标准曲线C=0.010348＋4.02705A,线性回归相关性好（r=0.9992）,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.502%。此方法可以用于复方环丙沙星注射液有效成分的含量测定。

The Compound Ciprofloxacin Injection was made up of Ciproflocaxin Hydrochloride and Analgin which were major drugs, and appropriate accessory. It was shown that the Compound Ciprofloxacin Injection was transparent yellow viscous liquid and the pH was 5.0. The content of Compound Ciprofloxacin Injection was measurated by Uv Vis at 272 nm. The standard curve formula was C=0. 010348＋4. 02705A and it had well linearrelationship（r=0.9 992,n =7）in0.5-3.5μg/mLcalculated according to Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride. The average rate of recovery was99.87% and was 0. 502%, so this method can be used in measurement of the available content of the Compound Ciprofloxacin Injection.
