黑骨藤和青蛇藤挥发油成分的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黑骨藤、青蛇藤叶中的挥发油,应用气相色谱、质谱、数据系统联用法对其挥发油成分进行分析比较,用气相色谱面积归一法计算各成分的相对含量。从黑骨藤叶挥发油中鉴定了19个成分,占挥发油总量的94.54%;从青蛇藤叶挥发油中鉴定了11个成分,占挥发油总量的98.99%。黑骨藤、青蛇藤叶中挥发油的主要成分相同,为11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯、棕榈酸和亚油酸。 To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of the essential oil in the Periploca calophylla (Wight)Falc. and P. forrestii Schlecht. leaves. The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by means of GC-MS-DS. The relative content of each constituent was calculated by area normalization. 11 chemical constituents of the essential oil in P. calophylla (Wight) Falc. leaves were identified, which occupied 98.99 % in the total quantity of the essential oil;19 chemical constituents of P. forrestii Schlecht. leaves were identified, which occupied 94.54%o in the total quantity. The main chemical constituents of the essential oil in these two plants were similar, and they were 11,14,17-Eicosatrienoic acid methyl ester, Palmitic acid and Linoletic acid.
