摘要
在室内恒温条件下,采用药液浸渍法,研究了室内饲养的棉蚜对啶虫脒的抗性产生规律及抗性机制,评价了棉蚜对啶虫脒的抗性风险。结果表明:3%啶虫脒连续汰选9代以前,棉蚜对其抗性没有明显变化,但从12代以后敏感性明显降低,至20代时,LC50和LC90抗性倍数分别上升至4.3397倍和6.4177倍,证明已产生抗性基因,但处于低抗水平。结果说明棉蚜对啶虫脒也存在一定的抗性风险。
Resistance of cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) to acetamiprid was tested. Result showed that resistance of cotton aphid to acetamiprid was in a lower level after 9 continuous generation selection with 3% acetamiprid. The resistance had an obvious development after 12 generations. After 20 generations, LC50 and LC50 of experimrnt populations were 4. 3397 and 6. 4177 folds of those of control populations, respectively. This indicated that the cotton aphid developed a lower level expression of resistance gene and had some resistant risk against acetamiprid.
