不同食料对棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂体内主要代谢物质的影响 被引量:6

The Effects of Different Sugar Diets on the Metabolite Concentrations in Campoletis chorideae Uchida (Ichneumonidae: Hymenoptera)

摘要 通过对不同食料(10%蜂蜜水、10%葡萄糖水、10%蔗糖水和清水)饲养的棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂体内糖原、脂肪和蛋白质的测定分析,证明了蜂蜜水饲养的雌、雄蜂体内的糖原含量最高,清水饲养的雌、雄蜂体内糖原含量最低。蜂蜜水饲养的雌蜂体内的糖原含量与葡萄糖水、蔗糖水和清水饲养的齿唇姬蜂体内的糖原含量之间存在显著差异;蜂蜜水饲养的雄蜂体内的糖原含量与清水饲养的齿唇姬蜂体内糖原含量之间存在显著差异。通过对不同食料饲养的齿唇姬蜂体内脂肪含量的测定显示,用蜂蜜水饲养的雌、雄蜂体内脂肪含量最高,用清水饲养的最低;不同食料饲养的齿唇姬蜂体内脂肪含量之间均无显著差异。各种食料饲养的齿唇姬蜂雌蜂体内蛋白质含量之间无显著性差异;蜂蜜水饲养的雄蜂体内蛋白质含量与葡萄糖水、蔗糖水和清水饲喂的雄蜂之间存在显著差异,而饲喂葡萄糖水、蔗糖水和清水的雄蜂之间无显著差异。 The univariate analysis of effects of different sugar diets on the metabolite concentrations in Carnpoletis chorideae showed that glycogen level was the highest in C. chorideae fed with 10% honey solution in both sexes;and there were significant differences between C. chorideae females with honey solution and other females with glucose, sucrose or water only in glycogen levels; and there were significant differences in glycogen levels between C. chorideae males with honey solution and males with water only. At the same time, we found that glycogen level was the lowest in starved C. chorideae. Lipid level was the highest in C. chorideae fed with 10% honey solution in both females and males, but lipid level was the lowest in starved C. chorideae there were no significant difference among C. chorideae with different diets. Besides, there were no significant difference on protein levels among C. chorideae females with different diets, however, there were significant difference in protein levels between honey fed and starved males, but no significant difference among males with glucose, sucrose or water only.
